Rhopalus distinctus and Stictopleurus unicolor (Jakovlev, 1873) (Rhopalidae) are recorded for the first time for Tbilisi and the Kvemo Kartli Region in Georgia. urn:lsid:zoobank.org:pub:61E42592-5ACC-4FE6-9D60-6BE898B019AD |
23 | V.O. Kozminykh The Catalogue of Beetles (Coleoptera) of the Urals and adjacent territories (to the 200th anniversary of scientific research in the Urals Region). II. Ground beetles (Carabidae), 3rd communication SUMMARY. The third communication of part II of the Catalog of beetles (Coleoptera) of the Urals contains a continuation of the annotated list of ground beetles (Carabidae) of the Urals Region with the adjacent territories of the Middle Volga Region, the Vyatka-Kama Interfluve, Western Siberia and Western Kazakhstan. Reference data on the regional composition of five subfamilies of Carabidae are provided: Elaphrinae, including 3 species of the genus Blethisa Bonelli, 1810, 2 species of Diacheila Motschulsky, 1844 and 6 species of Elaphrus Fabricius, 1775; Omophroninae with the only one species of Omophron Latreille, 1802; Scaritinae with 2 species of Clivina Latreille, 1802, 26 species of Dyschirius Bonelli, 1810 and 2 species of Scarites Fabricius, 1775; Broscinae with 2 species of Broscus Panzer, 1813 and 1 species of Miscodera Eschscholtz, 1830; then part of Trechinae (tribe Bembidiini) with 3 species of Asaphidion Gozis, 1886, 69 species of Bembidion Latreille, 1802, 4 species of Tachys Dejean, 1821 and 1 species of Tachyta Kirby, 1837. Thus, 122 species from 13 genera of ground beetles within the indicated subfamilies are found in the Urals. For both the Polar and Subpolar Urals (in the Komi Republic), as well as at the Northern Urals (in the Komi Republic, in the north-east of Perm Area and north-west of Sverdlovsk Province), 68 species of ground beetles from 10 genera and 4 subfamilies (all of the listed ones except Omophroninae) are recorded. For the Middle Urals, 73 species from 10 genera are recorded: Bembidion (50), Dyschirius (9), Elaphrus (4), Asaphidion (3), Clivina (2), Blethisa, Omophron, Broscus, Miscodera and Tachyta (1 for each), including 64 species in Perm Area and 66 species in Sverdlovsk Province. For the Southern Urals, 99 species of ground beetles from 12 genera are identified (58 Bembidion, 22 Dyschirius, 4 Tachys, 3 Elaphrus, by 2 for each of Blethisa, Broscus, Clivina and Scarites, and 1 for each of Asaphidion, Miscodera, Omophron and Tachyta), of these 62 species are registered for Bashkortostan, 58 species for Chelyabinsk Province, and 60 species for Orenburg Province. urn:lsid:zoobank.org:pub:034F15AB-8A24-42B0-87A8-BF282FC90F5E |

71 | A.V. Pavlov Collections of ant flies (Diptera: Sepsidae) from snow in natural conditions of the Vladimir Province SUMMARY. The article presents the results of observations of three species of ant flies (Sepsidae) appearing on the snow surface in the Vladimir Province – Sepsis fulgens Meigen, 1826, Sepsis punctum (Fabricius, 1794) and Themira nigricornis (Meigen, 1826). Data are provided on the timing of the appearance of flies on the snow, the corresponding meteorological conditions, and distribution by biotopes. In September 2024, accumulation and swarming of S. fulgens was noted, numbering up to 3000 individuals. urn:lsid:zoobank.org:pub:8A74A345-CC27-4B79-A002-3506B5EBA1B3 |
