Among these, 27 species (4 species of Yponomeutidae, 7 species of Ypsolophidae, 1 species of Ochsenheimeriidae, 2 species of Argyresthiidae, 2 species of Plutellidae, 1 species of Acrolepiidae, 1 species of Glyphipterigidae, 1 species of Lyonetiidae) are recorded for the first time in the republic, including Ypsolopha colleaguella Baraniak, 2007, Y. instabilella (Mann, 1866), and Argyresthia bonnetella (Linnaeus, 1758) recorded for the first time in the Middle Volga region; Swammerdamia glaucella Junnilainen, 2001, Argyresthia bergiella (Ratzeburg, 1840), A. sp. The list also includes three unnumbered local or rare species (one species of Plutellidae, one species of Glyphipterigidae, one species of Heliodinidae) known only from older literature. Based on genitalia morphology, the subgenus Cerostoma Latreille, 1802, stat. n., is distinguished within the genus Ypsolopha Latreille, 1796, with the type species Ypsolophus dorsatus Fabricius, 1798 (= Phalaena Tinea vittella Linnaeus, 1758; = Ypsolopha vittella (Linnaeus, 1758)). The type locality of Argyresthia uralensis Baraniak et Junnilainen, 2011 is clarified: " Russia, Republic of Bashkortostan, Beloretsk district, “Iremel” Nature Park, 900–1300 m ".
