New faunistic data on true bugs (Heteroptera) of Orenburg Province

SUMMARY. An annotated list of 25 Heteroptera species from 7 families (2 Miridae, 1 Tingidae, 6 Cydnidae, 5 Coreidae, 4 Rhopalidae, 1 Berytidae, 6 Rhyparochromidae), whose occurrence has been rejected or considered doubtful, is presented, based on material from Orenburg Province. The presence of Agramma minutum Horváth, 1874 (Tingidae) and Cydnus aterrimus (Forster, 1771) (Cydnidae) in the Urals, which have previously been excluded from the regional fauna list, is confirmed by material from Orenburg Province. The presence of Lygus rugulipennis Poppius, 1911, Stenodema virens (Linnaeus, 1767) (Miridae), Spathocera lobata (Herrich-Schäffer, 1842) (Coreidae), Neides tipularius (Linnaeus, 1758) (Berytidae), Eremocoris abietis (Linnaeus, 1758), and Peritrechus geniculatus (Hahn, 1832) (Rhyparochromidae) in this region is confirmed. The numbered species are restored to the list of Heteroptera of Orenburg Province. The southeasternmost record in European Russia of Sсolopostethus pictus (Schilling, 1829) (Rhyparochromidae) in Tashla District of Orenburg Province (51°43'N, 52°44'E) is presented. The urban fauna of Orenburg City is first supplied with 4 species: Microporus nigrita (Fabricius, 1794) (Cydnidae), Bothrostethus annulipes (Herrich-Schäffer, 1835), Enoplops scapha (Fabricius, 1794) (Coreidae), Stictopleurus punctatonervosus (Goeze, 1778) (Rhopalidae).

The Catalogue of Beetles (Coleoptera) of the Urals and adjacent territories (to the 200th anniversary of scientific research in the Urals Region). II. Ground beetles (Carabidae), 4th communication

SUMMARY. The fourth communication of part II of the Catalogue of beetles (Coleoptera) of the Urals contains a continuation of the annotated list of ground beetles (Carabidae) of the Urals Region with the adjacent territories of the Middle Trans-Volga Region, the Vyatka-Kama Interfluve, Western Siberia and Western Kazakhstan. Reference data on the regional composition of four subfamilies of Carabidae are provided: part of Trechinae, including 1 species of the genus Pogonistes Chaudoir, 1872, and 5 species of Pogonus Dejean, 1821 (tribe Pogonini), by 1 species for each of Blemus Dejean, 1821, Perileptus Schaum, 1860, Trechoblemus Ganglbauer, 1891, and 4 species of Trechus Clairville, 1806 (tribe Trechini); Patrobinae with 3 species of Patrobus Dejean, 1821; Brachininae with 12 species of Brachinus Weber, 1801, and 1 species of Mastax Fischer von Waldheim, 1828; part of Harpalinae with 1 species of Callistus Bonelli, 1810, and 10 species of Chlaenius Bonelli, 1810 (tribe Chlaeniini), 1 species of Corsyra Dejean, 1825 (tribe Corsyrini), 4 species of Anisodactylus Dejean, 1829, by 1 species for each of Daptus Fischer von Waldheim, 1823, Ditomus Bonelli, 1810, Harpalobrachys Tschitschérine, 1899, Microderes Faldermann, 1836, as well as 56 species of Harpalus Latreille, 1802, and 12 species of Ophonus Dejean, 1821 (tribe Harpalini). Thus, 117 species from 19 genera of ground beetles within the indicated subfamilies are found in the Urals. For both the Polar and Subpolar Urals (in the Komi Republic) 20 species from 6 genera are numbered. At the Northern Urals (in the Komi Republic, in the north-east of Perm Area and north-west of Sverdlovsk Province) 30 species of ground beetles from 7 genera and 3 subfamilies (all of the listed except Brachininae) are recorded. For the Middle Urals, 68 species from 12 genera are listed, these are following (32 Harpalus, 9 Ophonus, 8 Chlaenius, 5 Pogonus, 4 Trechus, 3 Patrobus, 2 Anisodactylus, by 1 for each of Blemus, Brachinus, Callistus, Perileptus, Trechoblemus), including 54 species in Perm Area and 56 species in Sverdlovsk Province. For the Southern Urals, 109 species of ground beetles from 18 genera are identified (55 Harpalus, 10 Ophonus, 12 Brachinus, 8 Chlaenius, 5 Pogonus, 4 Anisodactylus, 3 Trechus, 2 Patrobus, by 1 species for each of Blemus, Callistus, Corsyra, Daptus, Ditomus, Microderes, Mastax, Perileptus, Pogonistes, Trechoblemus): for Bashkortostan – 60 species, for Chelyabinsk Province – 61 species, and for Orenburg Province – 98 species.

Additions and corrections to the fauna of Lepidoptera of the Tula Province. 12

SUMMARY. Additions and corrections to the Lepidoptera of Tula Province lists are given, comprising 43 species, 37 of which are listed for the province for the first time, including 4 (Phyllonorycter tristrigella (Haworth, 1828), Argyresthia bergiella (Ratzeburg, 1840), Chrysoclista linneella (Clerck, 1759) and Calyciphora homoiodactyla (Kasy, 1960)) – for the first time for Central European Russia. In addition, Aphomia cephalonica (Stainton, 1866) was found for the first time in the Center of European Russia, but due to accidental importation, this species is not included in the list of regional fauna. Epinotia sp. pr. subuculana (Rebel, 1903) is excluded from the fauna of Tula Province and Central European Russia: previous records should be attributed to E. demarniana (Fischer von Röslerstamm, 1840). Northernmost records in European Russia are provided for Stigmella oxyacanthella (Stainton, 1854), Tischeria dodonaea Stainton, 1858, Bucculatrix ulmella Zeller, 1848, Phyllonorycter acerifoliella (Zeller, 1839), Metzneria artificella (Herrich-Schäffer, 1861), Dichrorampha eximia (Danilevsky, 1948), southernmost – for Ectoedemia intimella (Zeller, 1848).

Moths of the Republic of Tatarstan. 7. Oecophoroid complex (Lepidoptera: Autostichidae, Oecophoridae, Depressariidae, Cacochroidae, Chimabachidae, Lypusidae, Ethmiidae)

SUMMARY. Based on materials collected in 2012 – 2024 as well as published data, an annotated list of Oecophoroid Lepidoptera complex of the Tatarstan Republic is presented, with the following families included: Autostichidae (1 species), Oecophoridae (17 species), Depressariidae (51 species), Cacochroidae (2 species), Chimabachidae (3 species), Lypusidae (3 species), Ethmiidae (6 species). 19 of them (6 species of Oecophoridae, 12 species of Depressariidae and 1 species of Lypusidae) are reported as new to the fauna of the Republic, 5 of which (Agonopterix putridella ([Denis et Schiffermüller], 1775), Agonopterix cotoneastri (Nickerl, 1864), Depressaria silesiaca Heinemann, 1870, Agnoea elsae (Svensson, 1982) and Ethmia cirrhocnemia (Lederer, 1870)) – as new to Middle Volga region and Volga basin as a whole. Also included are 7 unnumbered local or rare species (1 Oecophoridae, 2 Depressariidae, 1 Lypusidae and 3 Ethmiidae), known only from old literature records. Systematics of oecophoroid complex is accepted with the current molecular research taken into account. Justification of isolating superfamily Oecophoroidea (s. str.) in a new sense (comprising Autostichidae, Xyloryctidae, Lecithoceridae and Oecophoridae, forming a monophyletic "AXLO-clade" [Sohn et al., 2016]) is upheld, and the addition of other families of traditions oecophoroid complex is discussed. Subfamily Hypercalliinae, previously included in Cryptolechiidae, based on its position in molecular cladograms is accepted as part of Depressariidae. Subfamily Cacochroinae (originally described as Orophiinae Lvovsky, 1974, nom. praeoc.), previously also included in Cryptolechiidae, taking into account its isolated position in molecular cladograms cannot be included in either Depressariidae, Chimabachidae or Lypusidae, and is accepted as family Cacochroidae Leraut, 1993, stat.n.
